Plant Operative – Waste

Pay: £14.89 per hour, plus additional for Sundays and Bank Holidays

Contract: Permanent, full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Location: Thirsk Waste Transfer Station

The Role:

As a Plant Operative at Thirsk Waste Transfer Station, you will learn to maintain all aspects of the plant, accurately record site information such as plant inspections, hours and fuel, and work efficiently for both the client and the business.

We are looking for a practical, motivated, and positive individual who will work independently on-site, ensuring a safe and positive working environment. Each day brings new tasks, from machine servicing and customer service, to housekeeping to maintain a clean site we can be proud of.
