No two days are the same in this hands-on position. From visiting farms and demonstrating machinery to developing new business opportunities, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the region. The Role

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across your territory

Proactively generate new business through farm visits, outbound activity, and online enquiries
*
Deliver engaging, confident demonstrations of machinery and equipment
*
Provide a high level of customer service, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs
*
Assess, value, and sell used equipment, completing detailed reports both on-site and at depot locations
*
Prepare accurate, commercially sound quotations and manage the full sales process
*
Take ownership of your performance, consistently aiming to exceed targets across machinery and warranty sales
What We’re Looking For

A background in, or strong understanding of, the agricultural industry
*
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
*
A motivated, self-starting approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
*
Confidence in presenting products and building lasting client relationships
*
Strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
