Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
A high volume operation is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. If you are an existing Estate Agent, we would love to hear from you. One Saturday off a month.
Responsibilities
* From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. The rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort, aiming to balance team spirit with personal success.
* They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of their applicant base, allowing them to match buyers with sellers and buyers with virtual sellers who may not be ready to market immediately but would consider a proposal if the right person came along.
* They are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, whether in front of them or ahead in the distance. The telephone is the primary selling tool and the new associate will have a strong affinity for this essential aid.
Compensation and Schedule
* Basic salary up to £23,000 with on target earnings of £40,000. Commission of 10% on personal bankings plus bonuses.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off per month).
* Petrol allowance £150 per month (£1,800 per year).
