At Disrupt Talent, we’re partnering with an innovative and fast-growing company in the exhibition and creative production space to find a driven Sales Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
This role focuses on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding the client base while working closely with internal design and project teams to deliver high-quality, creative solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline
* Identifying and targeting opportunities across the exhibition and events industry
* Managing client relationships from initial contact through to project handover
* Collaborating with design, estimating, and project teams
* Attending industry events and networking opportunities
* Negotiating deals and consistently achieving sales targets
* Maintaining accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and forecasting sales activity
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years’ experience in sales or account management
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Strong pipeline management and lead generation skills
* Confident communication and presentation abilities
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* A proactive and commercially driven mindset
Bonus If You Have
* Experience in exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing
* Understanding of creative production or design processes
* Background in B2B sales environments
