LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader!

We are One Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team!

We are recruiting confident Team Leaders to work across our Hotel operation within the Food and Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives daily to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Our Hotel Food and Beverage Team operates across several restaurants, ranging from fine dining to a traditional "clubhouse" theme. Each has its own unique theming and menu offering.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 11pm

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader includes...

* Leading the operation and ensuring the team maintains high-energy, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality
* Empowering and motivating through delegation to maximize team potential
* Providing excellent menu knowledge and adhering to allergen and dietary requirements
* Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety in both products and environment
* Working as part of a team and leading the team to ensure smooth operations
* Promoting and supporting a positive learning environment

What is required for this role?

Desired qualities include...

* Previous Food and Beverage experience (desired)
* Previous leadership experience (required)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks promptly
* Flexibility to support business needs
* Approachable attitude with a positive, can-do mindset, demonstrating leadership and responsibility
* Ability to maintain excellent relationships across the business and resort
