What You Will Be Doing...

Welcoming Guests: Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience.
*
Providing Information: Share all the info guests and owners need about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, whether in person or over the phone.
*
Resolving Issues: Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback, resolving issues promptly.

Admin Tasks: Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
*
Event Assistance: Help deliver memorable events for both owners and guests.
