Systems Engineer – Quantum Computing – Linux Ubuntu – Docker
We are seeking a Linux Hardware & Software Engineer to support uptime and reliability for a technology R&D business focused on atom technology and quantum computing. The role is Oxford‑based and offers a base pay of up to £60,000, unlimited annual leave, a 10% pension contribution and other benefits.

The stack includes Docker, Linux (Ubuntu), Ansible, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling. Experience in DevOps, SRE, SysAdmin and Linux system administration is required. Candidates should be comfortable with distributed systems and container orchestration.
This position is mid‑senior level, full‑time, and part of the DevOps & R&D team. The interview process consists of two stages.
