This is a hands-on role focused on customer service, bike sales, rentals, and the day-to-day running of the store.

Responsibilities:
Managing daily shop operations
Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
Advising customers on bikes, rentals and accessories
Processing bookings and sales
Handling customer enquiries
Supporting stock control and basic administration
Ensuring bikes are ready for customers
Maintaining a clean and organised store
Supporting the team during busy periods
Assisting with marketing and social media
