We are currently recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses for a NHS hospital based in Swindon. You will need to be flexible with shifts. Shift patterns are: 07:00 - 15:00 13:30 - 21:30 07:00 - 21:30 Job Requirements: Experience working in mental health hospitals RMN Qualified NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered) Experience working in NHS Restraint training DBS on update service (desirable) Good communication and teamwork skills Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions Key Responsibilities: Ensure that nursing documentation is maintained to the companies standard. Under supervision participate in conducting nursing audit to achieve the agreed standards. Under the supervision of the management team contribute to and participate in the process of setting goals and bench marking standards of care. In conjunction with the staff team contribute to developing and maintaining a ward /department ethos and provide a standard approach to the delivery of excellent nursing care.
