Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.\n\n The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will be office-based in Birmingham, responsible to plan and schedule the work of engineers, provide service support on HVAC ventilation products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans, heat recovery systems, grilles, diffusers, ducting and liaise with customers plus the engineering team.\n\n The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will have experience working for an engineering HVAC employer in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role.\n\n Package –\n\n£26,000-£33,000\nEnhanced Pension contribution\n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysService Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role:\n\nCoordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.\nContacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.\nManage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.\nLiaise with various engineering departments.\nMust be able to commute to the office in Birmingham.Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements:\n\nExperience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role with a HVAC engineering employer.\nThe ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.\nProven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.\nMust be able to commute to the office in Birmingham
