About the Role: As our Hub Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. You’ll lead a small team, manage the daily running of the hub, and help us create a standout experience for every member and guest. We’re all about building a community around padel, and you’ll play a key role in making that happen. Key Responsibilities: Manage and inspire a small team of front-of-house staff and coaches Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the hub Handle scheduling, rota management, and timekeeping Engage with members and guests, delivering great service with a personal touch Upsell memberships, coaching sessions, and events Plan and oversee events, tournaments, and community initiatives Be the face of The Padel Hub Southampton, leading by example every day What We’re Looking For: Experience managing a small team, ideally in a hospitality, leisure, or sports setting Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A natural people person, confident, approachable, and great with customers An interest in sport (especially padel!) would be a big plus Previous experience working at a sports club is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
