What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shop floor, and the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, process payments, provide details on our financial services for certain products, and handle refunds.
* Keep the stock room neat and tidy, restock products from deliveries.
* Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product recommendations.
* Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to enhance customer assistance.
