Overview
To provide a comprehensive typing and administrational service to members of the team in order to assist in the achievement of departmental objectives. The postholder will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. This will require the utilisation of good typing, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Clinic typing
* Telephone enquiries
* Admin and non-admitted PTL
* Other duties as required, reporting to the team leaders
Qualifications and Requirements
* The successful candidate will undertake a level 3 business administration apprenticeship alongside their role with one day per week protected study time to complete assignments and attend classes with their tutor.
* The post holder must have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively, and work on their own initiative.
* Applicants must have excellent communication skills, an organised and methodical approach to duties, and enjoy a driven secretarial role within the Head and Neck team.
