This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Room Leader looking to progress into a leadership role within a supportive Early Years setting. The Role As Third in Charge you will support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager with the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of childcare, education and compliance are maintained at all times. You will play a key role within the leadership team, supporting staff across rooms, maintaining ratios and stepping up in the absence of senior management.
