Description The Service & Team: Inclusion Cornwall Hub is a busy central point for information and advice for partners, stakeholders and individuals, We work with Public Health and Winter Wellbeing partners to reduce fuel poverty, improve health and progress to work. The Role: We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic hub worker to support the delivery of the Inclusion Cornwall Hub, a central point for information and resources for partners, stakeholders and individuals employment, skills and support facilitating the delivery of Employment to raise employment rates, reduce worklessness and raise skills. You will have a key role in the development and implementation of the Inclusion Cornwall Hub Approach. Carry out all administrative tasks and deputise for the Inclusion Cornwall Manager when called upon to do so. This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. This is a fixed term role until 31st March 2026. What you’ll need to succeed: Do you have excellent organisation, facilitation and communication skills? Are you keen to work in a dynamic team which provides an opportunity to interact with a range of partner organisations? Do you have a flair for working with and through others to improve and join up service delivery, a broad knowledge the employment and skills delivery and a passion to make a difference for individuals, communities and the economy in Cornwall?
