We are currently seeking a Chef De Rang to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
* Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
* The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
* * Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
* Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explain some of the dishes when requested to do so.
What we are looking for?
* Significant experience in a similar position is essential
* Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
