We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days. This means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We also offer career training with nationally recognised apprenticeships that sit alongside our detailed brand training.
Across the UK, we currently operate 37 hotels across leading brands such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, voco, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hotel Indigo, AC by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott. We continue to have ambitious development and growth plans for 2025 and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Train and supervise all members of the housekeeping department.
* Support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience.
* Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve excellence.
* Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Attention to detail with a commitment to elevating standards.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is preferred.
