Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Full Time | From £95 per day | Start Date: After Easter
Are you committed to making a meaningful difference in the life of a child who needs consistent, tailored support? A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires a calm, structured and understanding approach throughout the school day.
Key Requirements
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Good understanding of Autism and ADHD
* A resilient, calm and proactive attitude
* Empathetic and patient nature
* Ability to build trust and form positive relationships
* Passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
Role Responsibilities
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support across the school day
* Assisting with emotional regulation, engagement and classroom routines
* Supporting learning activities and encouraging positive behaviour
* Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO and wider staff team
* Contributing to a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
