* Maintain design control, risk management documentation, and technical reports per internal procedures and quality standards.
* Provide biomechanical expertise to Bioengineers.
* Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure effective device introduction and compliance.
* Manage design issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Lead and contribute to project aspects and CAPA initiatives.
* Support maintenance activities of existing implant and instrument systems.

For Base Business:

* Develop test protocols and reports for performance testing.
* Contribute to new product development in compliance with SOPs and standards.
* Ensure adherence to QMS and GMP requirements, including CAPA processes.
* Assist with post-market activities, including complaint investigations and regulatory submissions.

Skills and Experience:

* Graduate or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Product Design, or similar experience.
* Proficient in CAD; experience with Siemens NX or Solid Edge is advantageous.
* Understanding of orthopaedic or regulated environments.
* Strong collaboration skills and high computer literacy.
