What You Will Be Doing
* Assisted Servicing: Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and health checks on a wide variety of cars, including prestigious 4x4s and luxury brands.
* Skill Building: Learning traditional mechanical craftsmanship on classics alongside modern electronics on the latest vehicles.
* Sales Prep: Helping prep our selected vehicle sales stock to an absolute impeccable standard.
* Diagnostics: Learning the ropes of system‑driven diagnostics with the support of experienced technicians.
What We Need From You
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a workshop environment (ideal if you are looking to step up from a basic fast‑fit or apprentice role).
* Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds (or actively working towards it).
* A “Can‑Do” Attitude: A genuine passion for cars, a positive mindset, and a strong desire to learn "the right way" from experts.
* A full UK driving licence and a reliable commute to Beddingham.
