Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Secondary Support

An Enfield secondary school is seeking a proactive HLTA to support classroom teaching, lead interventions, and cover lessons where required.
Responsibilities:
* Lead small-group and intervention sessions
* Support teachers with planning and preparation
* Cover lessons during staff absences
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Confident managing a class independently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
