Position: Site Supervisor Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to begin work for a leading utilities management business. The company are a recognised leader in the industry with presences all around the country, part of this job will include visiting these different sites for the day to day site management, ensuring the work is being completed safely, efficiently and to specification. This does mean this position includes travel local and further afield around the country. Your daily duties will include: Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, company procedures, and client requirements. Conduct monthly site audits and inspections, identifying and resolving any issues. Supervise site operatives, ensuring wellbeing, training, and performance are maintained. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Oversee the installation and maintenance of water-related plants, pipework, and associated control equipment. Manage H&S responsibilities on-site, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety checks. Maintain accurate records through EasyBOP, including inspections, reports, and timesheets. Ensure all tools, equipment, and PPE are properly maintained and used safely.To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience: Proven industry and on-site experience, ideally within utilities or construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sound knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations. Relevant H&S training or certification preferred.
