Based in Sandwell and Walsall, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and develop staff to deliver excellent services
* Monitor performance against KPIs and funder requirements
* Ensure high-quality advice and positive client outcomes
* Oversee service delivery, resource planning, and team performance
* Maintain accurate reporting, case management, and compliance (including GDPR)
