Description About the role… As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will build and maintain professional relationships with people from all walks of life, connecting them with employment, apprenticeship, and training opportunities. Day to day, you’ll: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Respond to enquiries and provide tailored solutions Use your knowledge of The BUSY Group’s full range of services to meet customer needs Unlike traditional contact centres, our team is measured on quality, not call length. We focus on listening, identifying needs, and creating a memorable, personalised experience for every caller. This is a part-time fixed term role based in our Southport office until 2 February 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working 3 days a week (7.5hrs paid per day).
