Our mission is to promote independent living within domestic, community-based settings tailored to individual needs.
Behind the scenes, our finance team makes this possible. By managing payments, utilities, and financial operations with accuracy and care, they provide the strong foundation that allows our services to run smoothly and our tenants to feel secure.

* Prepare client reporting and present updates in monthly meetings
* Manage onboarding and offboarding with utility companies and local councils
* Review and reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies
* Submit accurate meter reads to ensure proper usage is recorded
* Prepare and process weekly payment runs
* Support with emergency top-ups for vulnerable tenants
* Assist with month-end closing and reporting as required
