Finance Director - Construction Industry
SF Executive is partnered with a Northamptonshire-based construction firm seeking a Finance Director to join their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Finance Director will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring financial health and sustainability across all divisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial management within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with experience at the SLT level in the construction or engineering sectors.
This position is based on-site with a flexible, adult approach. The company is on a growth trajectory with an eventual goal of a company sale, making this an exciting opportunity to join during this growth phase.
