Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their dynamic team based near Cirencester. This initial 12-month contract offers a strong potential for conversion to a permanent position, contingent on business fit and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing and managing HR operations for an organisation of approximately 80 employees
* Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
* Driving HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
* Managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Supporting organisational changes and restructuring efforts
Job Requirements
* Extensive experience in HR, preferably within an engineering organisation
* Strong generalist HR knowledge and skills
* CIPD Level 7 qualification
* Ability to work predominantly on-site near Cirencester
* Proven track record in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels
