My client is looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator to join our Building Services Procurement team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient co‑ordination of our supply chain, supporting both project and bidding teams with high‑quality administrative andpliance services.If you enjoy working with data, building strong relationships, and keeping processes running seamlessly, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a busy and valued operational function.
Procurement Administration
1. Support the procurement team in preparing and administering orders through Oracle.
2. Maintain the order register to ensure timely, accurate, and up-to‑date information.
3. Assist with the collection and provision of data for departmental reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Supply Chain Co‑ordination
4. Manage and monitor supply chain insurance policies and certificates; maintain a central tracking register.
5. Record, issue, and track returns for supply chain contracts.
6. Maintain supply chain workload tracking and KPI performance, including supporting 360 feedback processes.
7. Oversee CAS/PPQ administration and liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely approvals.
Supplier Relationship Management
8. Support the tracking and co‑ordination of supply chain relationships, including maintaining SRM records through Salesforce or other platforms.
9. Liaise with project teams to ensure timelypletion of supply chain documentation and requirements.
General Duties
10. Provide high-quality administrative support to the procurement team.
11. Participate in project visits to better understand supply chain requirements and improve service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
12. Strong administrative experience, ideally within construction, facilities, or a similar technical environment.
13. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, DocuSign, and purchasing systems (Oracle experience preferred).
14. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
15. A proactive self‑starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
16. Able to build effective working relationships at all levels.
