Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk:
3. Oversight of all aspects of the Accounts Payable function
4. Posting invoices and credit notes with accurate coding
5. Setting up and managing supplier accounts
6. Conducting daily bank reconciliations
7. Updating Excel spreadsheets
8. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the finance department
9. Managing the accounts payable approval process
10. Reconciling supplier statements
The Successful Applicant
Ideal for candidates with previous experience in Accounts Payable and a minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 (or actively studying/QBE), the role requires a blend of expertise in a similar position. The successful individual will showcase meticulous attention to detail, taking ownership, and exhibiting a talent for identifying, investigating, and resolving errors.
