As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Reservations Executive to join our friendly team.
About The Role
As a Sales & Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling booking enquiries, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Prepare accurate quotations for coach hire and transport services
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Maintain and update reservation systems and customer records
* Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
* Build strong relationships with customers and repeat clients
* Assist with general sales and administrative tasks
About You
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Previous experience in sales, reservations, or customer service preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computers and booking systems
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* A proactive and positive team player
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales, reservations, or customer service office environment
* Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident using CRM systems, booking software, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce professional emails and quotations
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously
* Experience working in a target-driven or revenue-focused environment
* Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes, contracts, and booking confirmations
* Professional telephone manner with experience handling high volumes of calls and email enquiries
* Ability to work full-time in an office-based role

* Experience in transport, travel, tourism, or event bookings
* Experience using reservation or scheduling systems
* Previous experience working with corporate clients or group bookings
