Job Title: Serious Injury Solicitor Location: Majority Home-Working (occasional office presence in Wakefield) Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims Providing expert legal advice and client care to claimants who have sustained serious injury following road traffic accidents Analysing key evidence, medical reports, case notes and witness statements Drafting legal documents such as statements, pleadings and schedules of loss Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.
