We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team in a residential home setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care for individuals living with Dementia while leading a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administering medication in line with policies and procedures.
Updating and reviewing residents' care plans to ensure person-centred care.
Liaising with medical professionals to support residents' health and well-being.
Leading and supervising a care team, ensuring high standards of care.
Supporting with daily care routines and promoting a positive environment.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Experience working with people living with Dementia in a care setting.
Previous experience leading a shift and supervising a care team.
Proven experience in administering medication safely and effectively.
A valid Emergency First Aid at Work certificate (essential).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
