Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is currently recruiting for a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal team based in Walsall.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll play a key role in identifying and registering candidates, supporting recruitment operations, and providing front-of-house cover.
Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer:
1. Source, attract, and shortlist candidates to meet business requirements.
2. Write and manage job adverts, monitor applications, and process efficiently.
3. Register candidates and conduct interviews for outstanding positions.
4. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
5. Provide administrative support across the recruitment function.
6. Deliver pre-employment and compliance checks in line with policy.
7. Support front-of-house reception duties and first-line enquiry handling.
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
9. Contribute to team meetings and support internal recruitment processes.
