Main Job Purpose
The role will support the Business Systems Manager by handling day-to-day tasks, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, reporting, and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Administration
* Support the administration of organisational systems including reporting, telephony, email/IT applications, HR records, and data storage.
* Assist in gathering data and producing reports for funders and management.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient filing/storage of key documents.
* Provide administrative support during HR meetings and recruitment processes.
* Assist with the policy review process, preparing documentation as required.
Premises & Supplier Support
* Support the management of supplier contracts and office premises administration.
* Assist with health & safety processes, ensuring compliance across the organisation.
* Communications & Marketing
* Provide support for marketing and social media activities.
* Assist with updates and basic maintenance of the website.
