Tenancy Enforcement Specialist Long Stratton (NR15) – Hybrid / Patch-Based £24.24 Umbrella per hour 8–12 Week Temporary AssignmentService Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist to join their Neighbourhood team on a temporary basis.This is a key role focused on managing serious and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, taking ownership of escalated cases and delivering robust enforcement action to protect communities.Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of high-level ASB and tenancy breach cases, including escalations from Neighbourhood Officers
* Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering evidence and progressing enforcement action in line with policy
* Draft and serve legal notices including Notices Seeking Possession and other enforcement documentation
* Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation in court where required
* Act as the lead point of contact for serious ASB cases, including those within supported housing
* Work in partnership with external agencies (Police, Local Authorities, support services) to resolve cases
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues on lower-level ASB and tenancy breaches
* Produce reports and KPI data on ASB casework
Requirements
* Strong experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing
* Solid understanding of housing legislation and ASB enforcement xsngvjr processes
* Experience preparing legal documentation and attending court proceedings
* Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and deliver outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Full UK driving licence
