Our Restaurant Supervisor Role: We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist our Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space and The Glasshouse. You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritize under pressure, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first-class, flawless service. This is a full-time opportunity offered on a flexible zero-hours contract. As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be: Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner. Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse. Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required. Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimize all aspects of our food service. Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team. Managing guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner. Approaching guest complaints, requests and enquiries, in a relaxed yet professional manner. Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
