Are you a recent graduate or college leaver with an interest in audio‑visual technology, sound engineering or electronics, looking to build a long‑term career in the high‑end residential AV industry?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist company that designs and installs luxury home audio‑visual systems. You'll receive full training, hands‑on experience, and the chance to progress into a fully qualified AV Engineer position within a growing and supportive team.

During your first six months, you'll gain exposure to a variety of live projects while completing manufacturer‑led training in control systems, lighting, and more. Over time, you’ll become a qualified AV Engineer, capable of delivering full high‑end residential installations for prestigious clients.
The Role
* Assist in the installation and setup of bespoke home audio‑visual systems
* Participate in structured training and manufacturer‑led development courses
* Gain exposure to a range of live residential AV projects
* Progress to a fully qualified AV Engineer role with clear long‑term development
The Candidate
* Degree or college background in AV, sound engineering, electronics, or related discipline
* Passion for technology, music, and home automation
* Enthusiastic, hands‑on, and eager to learn
* Commutable to Letchworth Garden City and happy to travel when required

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
