1. Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
3. Managing supplier statements and ensuring accounts are fully reconciled
4. Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams with professionalism
5. Supporting month-end processes and reporting
6. Maintaining accurate financial records in line withpany procedures
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
8. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
9. Confidentmunication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to work to deadlines and managepeting priorities
11. Good IT skills, including Excel and finance systems
12. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
