Job Description Summary
Responsible for managing project control activities and supporting the implementation of consistent processes and functional specifications across engineering projects. This role focuses on understanding and meeting customer requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery of assigned work.
The position operates within a structured framework, following defined processes and procedures to achieve project outcomes. Work is carried out with guidance and oversight, with clear instructions and systems in place.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Act as a technical lead to define project scope, develop schedules, and monitor engineering activities for customer projects
* Provide technical coordination and interface with internal teams including proposal, estimating, sourcing, and engineering, as well as external partners and subcontractors
* Develop knowledge within the engineering discipline, supporting activities that require technical expertise
* Apply general business and engineering knowledge to contribute effectively to team objectives
* Resolve issues using established procedures, escalating more complex challenges when required
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and project-related challenges
* Build strong customer relationships, acting as a key interface between the customer and internal teams
* Communicate technical information clearly, ensuring mutual understanding with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* Basic experience in engineering, technology, or customer project engineering
* Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or relevant practical experience)
