A dynamic international family is seeking a professional, experienced rota nanny to join their team and provide high-quality care for their toddler. This position also includes occasional support for an older sibling during holidays and travel periods.
About the Role:
* 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota schedule
* Working alongside another rota nanny placed by Leaman Consulting
* Based primarily in London and Edinburgh, with international travel required
* Main responsibility is the 16-month-old child, with shared care of the older sibling during school breaks
* Duties include planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing nutritious meals, and light nursery-related housekeeping
About You:
* Highly experienced in toddler and early years care, with strong knowledge of childhood development
* Professional, flexible, and proactive in a busy household environment
* Energetic, hands-on, and confident in managing two children when needed
* Comfortable with a structured routine and collaborative team approach
* Travel-ready and adaptable to changes in location or schedule
