Join us and be part of a great team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to administer and analyse data within our management system, supporting the Year Leaders and the Senior Team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to operate with a high degree of accuracy. They will be proficient with ICT and will communicate effectively with high levels of written English. The role holder will be required to complete tasks in digital format as well as eventually communicating with parents. This role is not student facing but will increase the impact of the work with students and increase administrative output.
Key Qualifications
You will need to have experience in MS Word and Excel and the features that permit manipulation of data. Full training will be given on our in-house database and systems. You must be a good team player and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Applicants must have a flexible approach to work, be of smart appearance and have excellent IT and communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Previous experience would be helpful but not essential. Full training will be given.
