We're on the lookout for a Partner Development Manager to join our team to drive strategic growth through the development and management of key partnerships. This role is critical in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with partners that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex partner ecosystems.


As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing partner strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure that partner initiatives are aligned with company objectives. Your ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with partners will be essential to your success.



What you'll do:


* Identify potential partners that align with our business objectives and target markets.
* Develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy
* Work closely with our established partners to ensure they realise the value of partnering with Cloud Direct to drive mutual success.
* Be seen as the first point of contact for any Parter-related matters, including new opportunities that may be created.
* Provide partners with the necessary resources, tools, and training to effectively promote our products/services.
* Ensure partners are knowledgeable about our offerings and can articulate value propositions.
* Complete quarterly reviews with the key stakeholders within the Partner organisation, to review and grow our working relationships
* Develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing plans with our partners, collaborating closing with the marketing team.
* Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners.
* Analyse partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise revenue streams.


What we're looking for:


* 3+ years of experience in partner management or business development
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Experience with CRM and partner management tools
* Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
* Proven track record of achieving partnership goals
* Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
