* Providing administration support for meetings.
* Maintaining action logs.
* Supporting customer services processes.
* Using a variety of business systems.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and coordinating skills; ability to prioritise work and plan ahead using initiative.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy and dynamic environment, including under pressure.
* Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines.
