Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: North of Bedford (Transport Essential)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (£65k+ OTE)
Our client, a fast-growing and award-recognised supplier, is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a busy but supportive office environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Establishing and growing the branch customer base
Maximising sales and profitability across timber and building products
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Managing sales activity and projects through a CRM system
Utilising strong timber and joinery product knowledge to support customers
Requirements:
Experience selling into the timber, merchant, or construction market
Strong background in sales management and account development
Essential experience within the timber sector
Proactive, organised, and commercially focused
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Due to the location, a full UK driving licence is required.
