One of my local government clients is seeking a reliable and well-organised Business Support Assistant to join our Fleet and Transport Maintenance Team on a temporary, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to support essential council services within a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Fleet and Transport Maintenance team.

Use Microsoft Office applications to manage documents, data entry, and communications.

Assist with maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day functions of the department.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Has good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrates proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
