Overview

Receptionist role at Hilton Grand Vacations – Cromer Country Club, Cromer, NR27 0DJ. 40 hours per week. Salary: £12.58 per hour. This is a shift-based role with a flexible pattern and a range of benefits.


Responsibilities

* Check guests in and out of the accommodation; handle queries, complaints and requests they may have, processing payments where appropriate.
* Answer the switchboard in a timely and professional manner.
* General administrative duties and daily banking.
* Be the first point of contact for all guests to ensure the expectations are met or exceeded.
* General ad hoc duties as requested by managers.


Skills and experience

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Positive, can-do attitude.
* Computer literate.


Additional requirements

The role requires the successful candidate to work 40 hours per week, as per the departmental rota, including weekend and Bank Holiday work on a shift/rota basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
