The role is the first point of contact for prospective new colleagues and provides a good impression of Llamau through a responsive and high-quality service, with positive and clear communication.
Main Duties
* Recruitment: Prepare and upload job adverts accurately across agreed platforms. Schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records and support hiring managers with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
* Candidate experience: Manage candidate applications, respond to queries and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment journey
* Onboarding administration: Coordinate pre-employment checks and risk assessments, prepare offer letters and contracts, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Welcoming new colleagues and introducing them to HR processes at induction.
* Systems and reporting: Maintain recruitments and HR systems, producing reports and updates as required to support effective workforce planning.
* Assist with project work to support the recruitment strategy or any other relevant HR projects. Represent Llamau at Job Fairs and other recruitment events.
* Reception cover in Head office, including holidays and lunch breaks.
* Assist with any other general admin tasks as directed
