This is a leadership role that involves managing the day-to-day operations of a store. The Customer Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating their team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate should have passion for people, good communication skills, retail experience, merchandising knowledge or management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
