Key Responsibilities
* Handle returned products and process repairs, credits, and replacements
* Manage custom and local order processing and dispatch
* Maintain accurate CRM data and case management records
* Identify and escalate quality issues in line with QMS standards
* Support continuous improvement across operations
About You
* 2+ years' sales administration or import/export experience
* Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Confident working across multiple systems and screens
* Positive attitude with a drive for improvement
* Desirable: Salesforce experience, B2B exposure, or experience handling dangerous goods
