This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Renewals / Tenancy Changes Negotiator to join the team in Richmond .
Based in the vibrant lettings head office, you will be working with tenants and landlords to ensure any changes that take place during a tenancy are handled with care and precision.
The Tenancy Changes Negotiators are highly respected as an expert point of contact for landlords and tenants at a key point in any changes to their tenancies. You will be working amongst other specialist departments and benefit from proven career opportunities and a great team environment.

Responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and offices to coordinate and communicate changes
* Accurately managing and processing tenant additions, removals, and replacements during the mid-tenancy period
* Maintaining up-to-date records of all tenant changes in the system
* Ensuring all tenant changes comply with legal requirements and company policies
* Prioritising and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Working with local offices to understand local markets
* Ensuring that all potential tenants meet the required criteria before processing tenancy changes.
Personal specification:
* Experience within a renewals or tenancy progression
* A background within residential lettings/property administration
* Be adaptable and respond well to change
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well organised and work to timelines
* The ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
* A keen interest in being a team player
* IT literate.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £30,000 to £32,000 depending on previous experience.
